Your Privacy Choices
What you can choose here
You can stop any use of your information for advertising and limit how sensitive information is used, by phone or by email. These choices work in every state, including states whose laws do not require them.
We do not sell personal information. We do not send any information about you to advertising platforms.
Opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising
To opt out, call us at (866) 744-0454. Once you opt out, we stop using your information for any advertising purpose.
There are no advertising pixels and no advertising signals on this website or the assessment pages, so there is nothing to switch off. If that ever changes, an opt-out made now will apply.
We apply your choice to the contact details you give us.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising for that browser. You do not need to do anything else.
If you have also given us your email or phone number, we apply the opt-out to that contact information as well.
Limit the use of sensitive personal information
Health information, and information that you are seeking care, is sensitive personal information. We use it only to provide the services you ask for, to keep the services secure, and to meet legal duties.
You can still ask us to limit its use to those purposes by calling us at (866) 744-0454. Residents of Washington, Nevada and Connecticut have additional consent rights, explained in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Other requests
You can also ask to know, access, correct or delete your personal information, or to get a copy of it. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
We confirm we received it and respond within the time your state's law sets, and within 45 days at most unless we tell you why we need an extension.
How we verify requests
To protect you, we confirm your identity before acting on a request to access, correct or delete information. We match details you give us with information we already hold, such as your name, email and phone number.
Opt-out requests, including GPC signals, do not need verification. We do not ask you to create an account to make a request.
Appeals
We answer in writing within 45 days and explain the outcome.
If you are not satisfied, you can contact the attorney general of your state.
