About Vitality

Vitality Testosterone Replacement Therapy is a testosterone and hormone care service with 135 local offices in 33 states. Care starts with a coordinator call and a morning blood panel, and a licensed provider decides, with your input, whether treatment is appropriate.

Who we are

Vitality connects adults with licensed providers for testosterone therapy, women's hormone care, medical weight management, erectile dysfunction care and lab testing. Visits are at our local offices, and by secure video where available.

Medical care is provided by independently licensed physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants of our affiliated medical practices. Vitality Testosterone Replacement Therapy runs this website and provides administrative and technology support, such as scheduling, coordinators and billing. It does not practice medicine. The who provides care page explains how this works.

Why we work this way

Many people looking into testosterone have been told their tiredness or low drive is "just age", or they have seen offers that start treatment after a short online quiz. Neither gives a real answer. Symptoms like low energy, low libido and low mood are common and have many causes, and the Endocrine Society says symptoms alone do not diagnose low testosterone.

So care here starts with measurement. Your coordinator arranges the morning blood panel your provider orders at a lab near you, and a licensed provider goes through the results and your history with you before anything is decided. If treatment isn't right for you, nothing is prescribed.

What you can expect

These are the parts of the service that apply to every patient.

  • A care coordinator with a direct line, who schedules your labs and visits, handles your orders and checks in on you. Your coordinator is not a clinician.
  • Labs at a partner lab near you, ordered for you. In most cases you can walk in.
  • A visit with a licensed provider at your local office, or by secure video where available.
  • Nothing prescribed before your labs are back and a provider has seen you.
  • Costs explained before you pay, a receipt by email, and no membership, long-term contract or automatic billing.
  • Periodic follow-up labs and provider reviews while you're on treatment.

Our clinical standards

Our providers follow a written standard for how testosterone deficiency is diagnosed and how treatment is monitored. It covers the symptoms and morning lab work a diagnosis needs, what is checked before and during treatment, fertility, and when providers say no. Read our clinical standards

The providers

Physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants licensed in the states we serve review your labs with you, explain your options and the risks, and make every treatment decision. Each provider's page lists their license type and the states where they are licensed.

Important safety information

Testosterone is FDA-approved for men with low testosterone caused by certain medical conditions. Its safety and effectiveness for low testosterone due to aging alone have not been established. Testosterone can raise blood pressure and red blood cell count, reduce sperm production and fertility, and requires monitoring of the prostate and blood levels. Your provider will review the benefits and risks and monitor you with regular labs.

Testosterone is a controlled substance because it can be misused. Abuse and dependence have been reported, mostly at doses above those prescribed. Take it only as your provider directs.

Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance. Depending on your state, and on federal telemedicine rules that are currently set to change after December 31, 2026, an in-person exam may be required before or during treatment.

Prescription treatment requires an evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider, who decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. Not everyone qualifies. Completing an assessment, booking a visit, or paying a fee does not guarantee a prescription.
