SMS Terms

Care messages help you get to your labs, visits and orders: appointment confirmations and reminders, lab order details, order and shipping updates, payment receipts, and requests to call your coordinator back.

We do not send marketing texts. The consent box covers messages about your request and your care only.

You join by entering your mobile number and ticking an unchecked consent box on our assessment or booking pages, or by telling your coordinator that you agree to texts. The box names the sender and links to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Consent to receive texts, including automated texts, is not a condition of buying any service. You can still book and get care by phone and email. Your consent applies only to this program and this sender and is not passed to anyone else. We keep a record of when and how you gave consent.

Message frequency varies.

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's plan determines any charges, which appear on your carrier bill.

Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from this program. We send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you sign up again.

You can also opt out by telling your coordinator or calling (866) 744-0454. To join again, reply START or ask your coordinator.

Texts never name a medication, condition, symptom or lab result. They link to a secure page or ask you to call when there is something to discuss.

Do not text us health details or urgent symptoms. Texts are not monitored around the clock. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Give us only a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use. If you change or give up your number, tell us so texts do not go to someone else.

We may change these terms. Changes are posted here, and material changes are sent to you by text or email.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your number and messages is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number or the fact that you joined this program.
