Testosterone therapy in Minnesota

Vitality has 3 offices in Minnesota: Minneapolis, Minnetonka and St. Paul. Care starts with a morning blood panel at a lab near you and a first visit with a licensed provider at the office you choose. Your coordinator explains each step and its cost before you pay. Treatment starts only after your lab results are in and a licensed provider has gone through them with you.

Prescription treatment requires an evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider, who decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. Not everyone qualifies. Completing an assessment, booking a visit, or paying a fee does not guarantee a prescription.
